Blaze King
is Piece of mind!
At Blaze King, we don't hide behind the
small print. While some manufacturers claim to have a Lifetime Warranty,
a closer reading may reveal that a Lifetime isn't more than a few
years, and its anything but a full warranty.
This is a summary of our gas product warranty, valid for the
original purchaser:
For the first five years after purchase, Blaze Kings warranty covers the
combustion chamber, heat exchanger and burners, door gasket, logs, blower
speed control, pilot assembly, gas valve, gas lines, thermocouple and/or
thermopile, blower motors, fans and controls, mechanical and electrical
components. During the five year warranty period Blaze King also covers the
cost of labor when provided by our authorized dealers.
If your Blaze King gas heating product needs to be repaired or replaced
because of material or craftsmanship defects within the first five years
that you own your appliance, give your Blaze King dealer a call. If they
can't resolve the problem, call Blaze King directly. Our number is
1-509-522-2730 in the USA and 1-250-493-7444 in Canada. Before you send us
any parts for replacement, please contact us for a Return Authorization
Number (RA#).
For safety sake, we recommend that prior to using your Blaze King gas
heating appliance, have it inspected by your local building inspector or
fire department. To activate your warranty, simply return the completed
warranty card to Blaze King within ten days of purchase or please fill out
our online
warranty registration.

This is a summary of a wood product warranty, valid for the
original purchaser: For the first five years after
purchase, Blaze Kings warranty covers the steel components. The fan
assembly, modular thermostat and wood handles are covered for one
year from date of purchase. After the first year, for any part
covered under warranty, the purchaser will be responsible for paying
20% of the parts current cost in the second year, 40% during the
third year, 60% during the fourth year, and 80% during the fifth
year. The ceramic glass used in glass doors in not warranted.
The catalytic combustor included in some Blaze
King wood heating appliances is under warranty by the combustor
manufacturer for six years. For the first two years of the warranty,
failed combustors will be replaced or repaired at no charge. The
purchaser will be responsible for paying 50% of the parts current
cost in the third year, 70% during the fourth year, 80% during the
fifth year, and 90% during the sixth year.
If your Blaze King wood heating product needs to
be repaired or replaced because of material or craftsmanship defects
within the first five years that you own your appliance, give your
Blaze King dealer a call. If they can't resolve the problem, call

the model, serial number, date of retail purchase, and the name and
address of your Blaze King dealer. We may request that you send the
parts or the stove or insert to one of our manufacturing locations
at your expense.
